We keep a limited number of books in stock, but very often, hard copy orders are printed on demand.  Softcover editions take 3-8 business days to print, and hardcover editions take closer to 14 business days.  Please factor this into your calculations when anticipating your delivery.  When opting for economy shipping options, 20 or more business days is a pretty standard wait time for hardcover orders, and 14 or so business days for softcover orders.

If you're eager to read right away, our growing selection of e-books is always a great way to be able to dive right in while you wait for your books to arrive.  For your convenience, we typically offer multimedia bundle discounts for titles that are available in both E-book and print formats.  Simply add both editions to your cart, and a discount will automatically be applied to your cart.

Wait times can be drastically shorter, depending on whether or not your order is fulfilled by our team members, or by our printer; as well as the constantly fluctuating *actual* cost of fulfillment on our end, and whether or not our printer offers expedited printing options. When possible, we will instruct our printer to expedite your order to ensure you get your books as quickly as possible.
 
Depending on what country you are in, international orders can be received much faster as well.  Residents of the U.K. and Australia, in particular, take note. Our printer has fulfillment and printing centers in both of these locations. Orders from Canada will typically be fulfilled from the U.S., and orders from other parts of the world may be fulfilled from wherever we can find the best rate and ship time.

Shipping costs are charged on a flat-rate basis for the convenience of our readers more than anything. Sometimes the cost to fulfill your order is rather more than what we charge, and sometimes it is less.  Our rates are calculated to average out in the end, and are not set in stone, so as to enable us to adapt on the fly when needed. Suffice it to say, though, we treat what you pay for shipping as a budget, and if ever that budget allows for a better shipping option, we upgrade it as a courtesy to ensure you get the best service we can offer.
