MEIN KAMPF | Complete Edition
Mein Kampf (Complete Edition) by Adolf Hitler
Translated by Thomas Dalton2026, two formats:
1) softcover: 516 pages, ISBN: 978-1-963143-64-5
2) hardcover: 516 pages, ISBN: 978-1-963143-65-2Mein Kampf is the autobiography and articulated worldview of one of the most consequential men in history. It is also one of the most maligned and least understood texts of the 20th century. There have been so many obfuscations, deceptions, and outright falsehoods circulated about this work, that one scarcely knows where to begin.
Nonetheless, the time has come to set the story straight. Written in the mid-1920s when Hitler was still a relative unknown, this book has never had an adequate English translation. With minor exception, all British or American publishers were inherently biased against the author and his ideas. They had no real interest in producing a clear and accurate translation; in fact, just the opposite—they were anxious to portray the ideas as jumbled, incoherent, and even insane. The reality is very different than this. Hitler offers a clear and coherent account of history and his own worldview. His ideas resonate to the present day.
Mein Kampf is one man’s assessment of history and vision for the future. It is blunt; it is harsh; it is unapologetic. It does not comply with contemporary standards of politeness, objectivity, and political correctness. It sounds offensive to sensitive modern ears. But the book is undeniably important. It is more consequential than perhaps any other political work in history. It deserves to be read, in a clear and unbiased translation. And each reader will then be free to determine its ultimate value and meaning for themselves.

Reviews
After being spoiled by Amazon book shopping (I never fully transitioned to e-books, and considering where this country and its digital market conditions are moving, I think I am going to be grateful for this by the end, especially considering gaming companies and Amazon itself are deactivating previous models of e-book readers and games that customers believed they were buying to actually own digitally), so ordering direct from publishers always made me expect a long wait. Clemens & Blair, although they made it known up front that some volumes are sometimes print-to-order and might take a few weeks), got my BEAUTIFULLY printed and bound hardcover of the newest, complete edition of Thomas Dalton's translation of Hitler's Mein Kampf literally within a week. They packaged it defensively too, so even though my bonehead mailman stuffed my book into my mailbox in a space it didn't quite fit in, there was zero damage to the hardcover itself, which I am babying because it's such a hard-to-find text and edition (and not exactly cheap). For a hardcover edition that contains both of the volumes of Hitler's work, I was expecting it to basically be the same price as buying the two volumes separately. It wasn't, and it wasn't outrageously priced when compared to the paperback. An extra $10-15 can get you a deluxe hardcover of most of their works that will last decades longer than a paperback (even if you baby a paperback and read it carefully, a paperback just sitting on the shelf for 20 years will rot away-- it's literaly held together by a bit of thin posterboard and some glue). For the rare books like those printed by Clemens & Blair, the hardcovers are the way to go. You're already paying $25-$35 for a book-- you might as well spend the extra $10-15 to get a copy that will last you many more years. VERY happy with buying directly from Clemens & Blair and already have a wishlist of future purchases after I've gotten through this stack of many of their other volumes from distributors.
Fantastic book. Great explanation in the beginning and well written with a very good translation. Excellent quality book, I chose the soft cover, very good construction. I regret not paying the extra and buying a hardcover however. That would be my recommendation.
Not an easy book to find. Even harder to find a version that is willing to talk about the author (Hitler) without bias. Understanding the most influential person of the last two centuries is critically important to forming a coherent worldview. So I appreciate that the author/translator is not operating with an agenda. Hitler was far from a perfect person but if his ideas were pure rubbish then he would not have been as impactful as he was and continues to be. Dalton doesn’t reduce Hitler to the caricature that we have been force fed since elementary school.
In this time finding independent publishers that don‘t please the jews narrative is hard to find
Definitely a must read for anyone who wants an authentic translation. Great introduction by the translator too.
