To get your EPUB edition included in this bundle (or e-books/digital products you order from us) you will find a download link in an email. 

You can also access your digital products at any time from your account dashboard in the "My orders" section.  From the menu in which you can see your order history, you will see a download link for any digital products you have purchased.

Due to some ambiguous security protocol of the platform our site is built on, these download links apparently expire after a month or so. Simply reach out to us should this ever happen to you, and we'll see to it that you regain access to your digital download option. 

We stock our books ourselves as much as we can, and in such cases where we have everything that you order already in stock, you can expect to receive most orders within 7-10 business days when you choose standard shipping options. 

When that is not the case, we use our print-on-demand supplier, who recently stopped offering any sort of rush printing option, and now only offers a standard printing option that takes 8-13 business days for softcover orders, and 14 business days or more for hardcover orders.  When placing your order, you will consequently want to anticipate accordingly, when waiting to receive your order. 

Meaning that there is no need for concern about whether or not something has gone wrong with your order unless you've waited for more than a month.  You are welcome to reach out to us any time, but knowing this ahead of time should relieve most concerns pre-emptively. 

Rush options are available at a much higher price, and you will see the options available at checkout. Although you will want to note that when we're printing your books on demand, a faster shipping option is not going to affect the print time, because as we stated earlier, our printer recently stopped offering rush printing service.  So in such cases, you should still anticipate having to wait more than 2 weeks for a hardcover order, and up to 2 weeks for softcovers.
